Vendor Training Session | October 24th | 11am – Noon | West Linn Lutheran Church
Please plan to attend a vendor training session at West Linn Lutheran Church which will be held two weeks before the show. There will also be a virtual option for joining the session online. This session will help prepare participants for how to be a vendor including:
- Pricing tips
- How to set up an attractive table
- How to engage with customers
- How the checkout process will work
- How to track your sales
Vendor Guidelines
- Vendors must be neurodivergent
- Products you sell must be made by you.
- If you need or wish for support you must bring your support person with you.
- You may offer a maximum of 5 different price-points for your products. Please use whole dollar amounts in your pricing.
- Baked goods are allowed as long as you have an active food handlers card. Note: Scholarships are available to cover the $10 cost for the certification. Any food product sold at the show needs to be individually packaged with ingredients listed. You may serve samples of your baked goods. Guidelines will be provided. You can get your Oregon Food Handlers Card here.
- Products must be family-friendly (no discriminatory phrases, no nudity, no curse words, or sexual references)
- You may not sell anything that is alive, or formerly alive (insects, animals, etc.).
- If the products you intend to sell change after you have applied, please notify the craft show organizers for approval by October 25, 2026.

What to bring
List coming soon…
Your Table
We will assign table locations for each vendor and will email you a map by October 24th. We will have black table cloths available for you. You are also welcome to bring your own table cloth. If you have requested a table be provided, it will have a table cloth on it when you arrive for set up.
How many products should you prepare?
This is a hard question to answer because this is our first show and we don’t know how many shoppers we will have. We hope that every vendor will have 10 or more sales, but it’s important to remember that the show is only 3 hours long. Our best advice is to prepare 25-50 items for sale to give shoppers lots of variety, but expect that you will only sell a portion of what you have available (probably less than half).
Baked Goods
If you are selling baked goods at the event, please email your Oregon Food Handlers permit to info@clubemu.org by October 25th. You can complete the certification here.
All food items must be individually packaged for sale with ingredients listed on the packaging. Each item should have a price sticker. You may serve free samples at your table as long as you are following food safety guidelines.
Pricing Information
You may have up to 5 different price points for your products (You can have more than 5 types of products as long as there are only 5 or fewer prices). Please use even dollar amounts (no cents). We will send out a form on October 24th for you to complete by November 1st so you can tell us what your prices are and we can enter them into our cash register software.
We will provide you with 1” circle stickers to price your products. Every item you sell must have one of these circle stickers with your first and last initials and the product price.
Example: “JD $10”
This is important because when a customer brings your product to checkout, we will be collecting the stickers to help track your sales.
Payment for Sales
Club EMU will not be charging you any commission on your sales. Remember that customers will not be paying you directly, but that you will be paid by check by November 21st. If you requested reimbursement to cover the cost of the food handlers certification fee, $10 will be added to your payout. We will do everything in our power to prevent theft and/or sales miscalculations, but these things may occur. Participants will need to agree to accept the sales payout that Club EMU determines is accurate.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to info@clubemu.org
