Club EMU Craftastic Holiday Bazaar

Saturday, November 7, 2026 | West Linn Lutheran Church | 1pm – 4pm

We’re excited to announce Club EMU’s first Craft Show for neurodivergent vendors (Age 16+). We’re looking for participants who are crafters, bakers, artists, writers, jewelers, and more! Join us in November and sell your handmade creations.

November 7th Schedule
  • Setup 12pm-1pm
  • Show 1pm-4pm
  • Clean Up 4pm-5pm
Vendor Training Session | October 24th | 11am – Noon | West Linn Lutheran Church

Please plan to attend a vendor training session at West Linn Lutheran Church which will be held two weeks before the show. There will also be a virtual option for joining the session online. This session will help prepare participants for how to be a vendor including how to set up an attractive and well organized table, how to price your items, how to track your sales, how to engage with customers, how the checkout process will work, and more!

For Participants

Applications due by September 30, 2026

Things to know before you apply:

  • Must be Age 16+ to be a vendor
  • Products you sell must be made by you.
  • If you need or wish for support you must bring your support person with you.
  • You may offer a maximum of 5 different price-points for your products. Please use whole dollar amounts in your pricing.
  • Baked goods are allowed as long as you have an active food handlers card. Note: Scholarships are available to cover the $10 cost for the certification. Any food product sold at the show needs to be individually packaged with ingredients listed. You may serve samples of your baked goods. Guidelines will be provided.
  • Products must be family-friendly (no discriminatory phrases, no nudity, no curse words, or sexual references)
  • You may not sell anything that is alive, or formerly alive (insects, animals, etc.).
  • If the products you intend to sell change after you have applied, please notify the craft show organizers for approval by October 25, 2026.
  • Club EMU craft show organizers reserve the right to tell you that a product is not appropriate to sell.
For Agencies & Organizations

Applications due by September 30, 2026

Resource tables are available for agencies, organizations, and non-profits that provide services to the neurodivergent community. By having a resource table, your organization becomes a sponsor of this event. In order to have a table at this event, please note the following:

  • You must make a donation of $25 to Club EMU. This can include donations from product sales.
  • You may not sell any products or baked goods at your table unless the proceeds are donated to Club EMU. There is a centralized checkout, so no cash or payment will be accepted at your table.
  • You may sell baked goods as long as you have an active food handlers card.
  • You must staff your own table.
  • You must provide your own folding table that is either 4′ or 6′ in length.
